Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction of the products you receive, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund minus a restocking fee of 20% of the purchased value excluding shipping. It is the customers responsibility to mail the item(s) to our mailing address listed on our contact page.
 
Defects

In the extremely unlikely event you happen to receive a defective item, please notify us at once.  Due to the nature of our products, small bends around the edges of the posters will not be covered under of defect policy if it is determined to be caused by the customer removing the poster incorrectly from the shipping tube. Any rips, tears, stains, and larges folds in the product would be considered a defect. If you can provide proof of the defective item(s) via photo or other means, we will be happy to give you a FULL refund of your purchase price including shipping if you report the defect to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will also send you a replacement order at your discretion for 50% Off your original order, once your initial refund is issued, we will provide instructions for your discount replacement order.
